Select the appropriate air conditioning copper tube expander, based on the inner diameter of the pipe, and the process requirements.

Fix the expansion head horizontally on the electric drill, tighten the chuck, and rotate the drill bit at a constant speed—not too fast.

Stop when the expansion reaches the desired tube opening. High-temperature spinning keeps the copper tube ductile and prevents cracks and leaks.

Be careful of hot hands. The operation of the pipe will produce high temperatures; please wear gloves and wait for the pipe to cool down before touching it.
